Sincerely, not sure what I would have done without Taylor. I met Taylor about 6 months before my wedding and I had very few things already planned (and no idea what I was doing). Not only was our wedding in Cancun during a pandemic, but Taylor and I also live about 1000 miles apart and our plans for the wedding were extremely out of the ordinary and non traditional. Never once did Taylor make me feel like my asks or ideas were weird or too much, but instead she supported making our wedding day EXACTLY what we wanted and nothing less. She made planning a wedding abroad (which is very stressful) SO much fun. Instead of feeling like I was on an island trying to coordinate with vendors that hardly speak English and trying to ask questions I didn’t even know to ask, Taylor was all over it. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, Taylor was a drill sergeant!! There was no detail that she didn’t think of. Even when the wind was so strong that we literally couldn’t eat outside, she flawlessly executed moving the entire wedding inside for dinner and then back outside again for the dance floor and silent disco. Everyone always says your own wedding is so stressful, but I honestly just had the best time. And Taylor was a huge reason why - I didn’t have to worry about anything because I had full trust that she had it covered.

I dont even know where to begin. Taylor was by far the best addition to our special day. From the moment we met Taylor, we knew we needed her for our Wedding day. We originally hired Taylor as our day of coordinator, but after a few weeks, we ended up hiring her for more planning help as well. Wedding planning is stressful, but Taylor takes so much of that away from the couple. Taylor helps to contact vendors and arrange contracts, and advocate for you throughout everything. She keeps your wants/ needs the priority through it all. Our day of experience with Taylor was amazing. Taylor made sure to make our ideas come to life EXACTLY how we imagined them. The day of our wedding for the two of us, was solely about relaxing, enjoying and getting ready rather than worrying about any other small details or problems. We just had Taylor as our day of coordinator for our September 24th wedding and she was amazing!! I cannot say enough good things! It was hard trying to hire a day of coordinator over the phone knowing they would be a good fit for us. After our first phone call with Taylor, we knew she was the perfect fit! We communicated with her via email, text and phone calls within the month leading up to our wedding. She really helped us with our day of timeline, coordinating and communicating with our vendors and was our go to person the day of. Taylor was amazing from start to finish. When I told her my needs, she suggested hourly or a partial package to save me some money but I chose the whole package because I wanted the peace of mind. I texted her all the time & at night (without realizing the time) and she always got right back to me. She is the sweetest most down to earth person and is very savvy / knows all the tricks to save $$. She kept me on track with timelines and listened to me vent about various frustrations. The day of the wedding my family couldn’t stop talking about how great Taylor was from 8am till the end of the night. Thank you so much for everything Taylor!

If I had to get married all over again, the first call I would make is to Taylor! Taylor and her team are absolutely incredible. I booked Taylor as my Day Of Coordinator because I had planned my entire wedding myself, but knew I wanted someone on the day of to take control so I wouldn’t have to think of anything. Taylor and her team went above and beyond, from carrying all of my bags to helping me put on my reception sneakers because I couldn’t bend over in my dress (I have pictures if you’d like proof hahah). I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator in the beginning. In the end, I’d hire Taylor 100X over. I hired Taylor for day-of coordination and from the moment she was onboard, she was proactive, organized, and incredibly responsive. She made sure each of my vendors knew who she was and how she’d be working with them. My venue had an events coordinator that I had been working with for months who was also organizing day-of coordination. Taylor made sure they knew that she was there to become a part of their team to make the day ran smoothly and that they were working together with the same goal in mind.

I’m sure things went wrong on my wedding day, but I have no idea what those things were, because Taylor handled it! I was completely worry free on that day and I know I have Taylor to thank for allowing me to be present the entire time on the most special day!

I come from Malaysia and decided to do an elopement for my girlfriend.
Coming from a foreign country, there are a lot of western convention that I am totally not familiar with. Taylor has definitely demonstrated the capability to handle all my questions and uncertainty.
From the conversation with her, I can see her passion and enthusiasm. For her, money is not the key, instead she always wanted to make sure everything or idea goes on plan. Elopement can be stressful especially for people coming from a different culture, but Taylor takes so much of that away from us. She keeps everything in order, and was able to prioritize all necessary action item for us.
The day of the elopement, we were solely relaxing and enjoying. There was some instance where the plan went out of the plan (due to external circumstances such as guest arrived late), Taylor was able to handle the change and adapt to provide the best alternative plan.
Overall, I would recommend Taylor for couple who wants a stress-free wedding planning. Our elopement was on a tight budget and timeline, and Taylor was able to do an exceptional job based on our restriction via creative solution. I can't wait to share our second wedding moment in Malaysia this year end 2022.

Well I panicked for no reason because I hired Taylor shortly after that and it was one of the best decisions I made! I could not have been more lucky to have found Taylor 2 weeks before my wedding at our family property! Honestly a god send. She was recommended to me by a work friend and completely blew me away with how fast and quick she took everything over from me and made the final two weeks incredibly less stressful. My original day of coordinator had an emergency and was unable to communicate the final month before my wedding and Taylor was 10 times the planner she was within the first hour of speaking with her. She and her assistant Ryan were on point the day of as far as coordinating where all the chairs went for the ceremony, organizing all the little touches with the cocktail hour and reception, dealing with all the vendors, dealing with my mother in law, making sure my husband and I were in the right head space and making sure everything flowed and stayed on time and according to plan all night long.
